Morphological and molecular identification of economically important aphid species (Hemiptera: Aphididae), study of their biology, ecology and damage on cultivated plants. Monitoring of aphid flight activity as potential vectors of plant viruses, in different agroecosystems. Study of allochthonous and autochthonous zoophagous coccinellids (Coleoptera: Coccinellidae) - natural enemies of aphids and whiteflies. Detection, morphological and molecular identification and monitoring of quarantine and invasive insect species in agricultural production.

Phytosanitary inspection of plant material
Supervision of the implementation of pest control measures in the territory of the City of Belgrade (supervision of mosquito control).
Assessment of the biological efficacy of bioinsecticides and conventional insecticides and acaricides against harmful insects and mites under practical conditions.
Mentoring of bachelor, master and PhD students in the field of Entomology
Mentoring of gifted students in the field of biology as part of the activities of the Regional Centre for Talents Belgrade
